This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage with our Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) services. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission online can be guaranteed 100% secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We may revise this policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with effective date.

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide when booking a session or contacting us.
Session Information: Information shared during a QHHT session remains strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.
Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and usage details collected automatically through cookies or analytics tools.

Schedule and provide QHHT sessions. Distribute recorded session.
Respond to inquiries and provide client support.

Testimonials with written permission: Your feedback may be used on website, social media, or marketing materials. We will display your preferred name or initials (no last names) and you may request removal at any time.

Confidentiality of QHHT Sessions

All QHHT sessions are private. Information will not be distributed, or disclosed without your permission, except as required by law. SoulFlight QHHT stores a digital copy of each session that will eventually expire. It is recommended that each client downloads and archives their own personal copy.

Services

SoulFlight QHHT provides Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions for personal growth, self-discovery, and relaxation. Our services are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. These sessions are conducted at the client's house or an agreed upon location between the practitioner and client.

Disclaimer

QHHT is a spiritual and holistic technique, not a substitute for medical care.
We do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee outcomes.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and well-being.

Client Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 with parental/guardian consent).
You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
You understand that results may vary and personal commitment is part of the process.

Payments & Cancellation

Payment terms are as stated at the time of booking. Full payment is expected at the time of booking.
Cancellation or rescheduling must be made within 48 hours to avoid fees.
- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: full refund (minus any facility deposits)
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund or reschedule within 30 days (minus any facility deposits).
- Cancellation day of or No Show: No refund or credit.
If a session is scheduled at our co-op office location or another rented facility any deposit paid to secure the space is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling, the client is responsible for any forfeited deposit, and it will not be reimbursed.

Confidentiality & Limitation of Liability

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

Intellectural Property

All website content (text, images, resources, blogs, etc.) belongs to SoulFlight QHHT, unless otherwise credited. You may not copy or redistribute or use in anyway without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
